P.S. You Have Happy Mail was created for seniors who would love a little something to look forward to each month. It’s especially meaningful for those living alone, in assisted living, or anyone who could use a thoughtful reminder that someone is thinking of them.
What will they receive each month?
Each delivery includes a beautifully designed newsletter, a light “Game Time” activity for cognitive engagement, a heartfelt poem, and a rotating surprise insert—such as a bookmark, stickers, or a small keepsake. Every month is created to feel personal, comforting, and a little bit special. All Nostalgic!
How does pricing work?
P.S. You Have Happy Mail is offered as a prepaid subscription, so you only pay once and never have to worry about monthly billing.
6-Month Subscription – $144 CAD $108 USD
Works out to just $24 CAD per month or $18 USD
12-Month Subscription – $264 CAD $204 USD
Works out to only $22 per month,(17 USD) and includes 1 month free compared to the 6-month plan.
Your subscription is paid in full at the time of purchase, and you'll receive a thoughtfully curated Happy Mail package delivered each month for the duration of your subscription.
When will it arrive?
Happy Mail is sent out once per month on the 1st via standard mail. Delivery times may vary depending on location. If ordered after the 25th of the month your subscription starts the following month. Monthly order cut off date is the 25th so we can prepare happy mail!
What if it doesn’t arrive?
Because Happy Mail is sent through standard untracked mail, we’re unable to track individual deliveries. However, if your letter has not arrived within 14 days of the mailing date, please reach out to us. Upon first contact, we will happily send a replacement for that month.
Can I change the delivery address?
Absolutely. If circumstances change, you’re welcome to transfer the remaining deliveries to another recipient. Simply email us at hello@littlegivingco.com with the updated details, and we’ll take care of everything with care and understanding.
Do I need to do anything after purchasing?
Nope! Once your order is placed, we’ll take care of everything. Your loved one will begin receiving their monthly Happy Mail automatically. There is no recurring charges once your subscription ends. The recurring subtotal is if you decide to renew after expiry. You will not be charged again!
Can I include a personal note?
Yes! You can include a personal message for your recipient at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s included in their first delivery. Or keep it a mystery!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of this subscription and the preparation involved each month, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you ever have a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we just ship to Canada and the United States. Don't worry though we will be coming to your country in the near future!
