Because we use standard mail, tracking is not available. Your Happy Mail is sent out on the 1st of each month, and delivery times may vary depending on location.

If your recipient hasn’t received their Happy Mail, don’t worry—we’ve got you 💌
Simply reach out to us 14 days after the mailing date, and we’ll happily send out a replacement. (Mailing Date is the First of each month if the first falls on a weekend it will be the Friday before)

We kindly ask that you contact us within a reasonable time frame so we can make it right and ensure the joy keeps flowing.
